All of the 2022-2023 NFHS rule changes for fall and winter sports are now published.  Links below provide a synopsis of each sport’s rule changes for the 2022-23 academic year

Further information regarding the rule changes and specific sport information may be accessed on the NFHS website by going under "Activities & Sports" and selecting the desired sport.  Spring sports of Lacrosse, Baseball, Softball, and 2023 Track and Field (Cross Country and Indoor Track Rules are part of the 2022 Track and Field Rule Book) will be published later this summer.
