    The MPSSAA has just released the following contingency plan for the Boys and Girls State Basketball Championships which are scheduled to be played on Thursday, March 12th through Saturday, March 14th with the following modifications.     The State Wrestling Tournament is all wrapped up after three days of top-notch wrestling at The Show Place Arena in Upper Marlboro. The first fourteen girls state champions were crowned in the inaugural girls tournament while two three-time state champs and four two-time state champs highlighted the 4A/3A and 2A/1A tournaments.
