    Wednesday's (2/20) school closings have caused the postponement of the Free State/Frederick County Baseball and Softball umpires clinics at Winters Mills HS. These have been rescheduled for Monday, 2/25 at the same times and location. The Baltimore County Track Officials' clinic at Loch Raven HS has also been postponed to a new date to be determined.
