Overlea is seeking a Head Football coach for the Fall 2024 season.
Essential skills include:
-Must be self-motivated with experience coaching
-Must be goal-oriented; have exceptional follow-through abilities
-Ability to build rapport/foster relationships
-Ability to exercise a high degree of diplomacy
-Highly organized; keen attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Promote the Overlea Way in building character
