State Meets Conclude Saturday
Mother Nature relented... a little... on Friday and all events in Class 3A and Class 4A were completed as scheduled. All qualifiers from the first two days return on Saturday, 5/25 in hopes of winning a state crown. Battling The Elements And Opponents
Weather held up the start of play for several hours on Friday, 5/24 at the Cole Field House Tennis courts on the campus of the University of Maryland - College Park. All scheduled rounds are complete and play will resume as planned on Saturday, 5/25. State Finalists Ready To Shine
In the Class 4A championship game on Friday, 5/24 South River won their first ever state baseball title. Three more games will be played on Saturday, 5/25. Class 1A will begin Saturday's play at 1 PM, followed by Class 2A at 4 PM, and ends with Class 3A at 7 PM. Click on the link inside for the brackets and schedule for each classification. Scholarship Recipients For 2013 Announced!
Baltimore, MD – Thirteen recipients have been chosen for the 2013 Minds In Motion Scholarships provided by The Allstate Foundation and will receive their $1,000 scholarships at a luncheon held in their honor Tuesday, June 4th in the Ravens' Team Locker Room at M&T Bank Stadium. This year's guest speaker will be the State Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Lillian Lowery. MORE
