The State Finals wrapped up the 2015 fall sports season at M&T Bank Stadium as Wise won a second state title in Class 4A, Damascus attained an 8th state crown in Class 3A, Class 2A Patuxent won their first state title, and Fort Hill pulled off a "three-peat" for their 5th state championship in Class 1A.  The Howard Lions were also honored with the John Cox Sportsmanship Award recognizing their team, spectators, and support groups for the best overall display of sportsmanship at the Finals.  Don't forget to relive every exciting play with unlimited free viewing and DVD purchases within days of the original games on the NFHS Network. Click on the links below for complete results and State Final stats for each classification.

The MPSSAA truly appreciates the superb efforts of the State Football Committee, led by Director Mike Calhoun, in putting this tournament  together from the start of the region semifinals to the end of the State Finals.  An extra special thank you to the Ravens and the Maryland Stadium Authority staffs for the use of M&T Bank Stadium for our press conference and the three days of the tournament.  This massive event would not have been nearly as successful without their first class cooperation and assistance.  Congratulations also to all of the officials, coaches, and teams that participated in this year's tournament for the exciting play put on display for all of the spectators to appreciate and enjoy.  Thank you for your support and happy holidays to all!
