Damascus maintained their streak of titles with their 9th overall and 7th consecutive in winning the Class 2A crown while county-mate Springbrook brought home their 1st state title in Class 4A. Southern-Garrett also successfully defended their crown in Class 1A for their 3rd overall as Stephen Decatur prevailed over Linganore to win their 2nd title in Class 3A.
