Players and coaches/school representatives who fail to check in at the designated area prior to the start time shall be scratched from the event. (* NOTE: In order for an individual to be an officially designated school representative in lieu of a coach, a document on school letterhead signed by the Athletic Director and Principal stating that they have been designated by the school to fulfill this obligation MUST be presented to the Tournament Director at check-in time.)
In the interest of consistency and fair play we ask that all participants and spectators observe the following throughout each round of the tournament:

Spectators are restricted to the cart path and must remain off all fairways and greens.
All food and drinks for participants must be distributed through the official scorer. Coaches or parents may not directly provide participants with any items during tournament competition.
