2024-25 NFHS National Coach of the Year Honoree
The Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSSAA) is declaring the week of January 12 - 17 as Winter Sport Officials Appreciation Week to thank and bring attention to the hard work and dedication of the nearly 5,500 MPSSAA registered sport officials in the state of Maryland.
The first date of competition for winter sports is upon us. Basketball, Indoor Track and Field, Swimming and Diving, and Wrestling begin December 5.

The Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSSAA) congratulates the twenty-three high school coaches from across Maryland that have been selected as 2024-25 National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Coaches of the Year.
The cross country region meets are scheduled to be run on Thursday, October 30.
