Muddy Course Not an Issue at the 2022 MPSSAA Cross Country Championships

Boy did that rain come down the day before the 2022 cross country state championships took place.  By morning, although wet and a little muddy, the course at Hereford High School drained just fine to host the 1,050 runners that would take its course.

The day saw eight races that resulted in eight team champions and eight individual champions.  Of particular interest, and one big reason to celebrate:  Severna Park, Towson, and Northern-G all took home both the boys and girls team trophies.
