The Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSSAA) has developed the following plans with the input of its coaches and athletic directors on Spring Sport Committees, our State Sport Directors for Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Track & Field, and Tennis, local school system Supervisors of Athletics, and the MPSSAA Executive Council. In addition, mitigation strategies previously approved by the Maryland Department of Health and MPSSAA Medical Advisory Committee are included in this document.
The MPSSAA requests each of our voting members of the Board of Control to review these measures, consult the leadership of their local school system, and be prepared at the Board of Control meeting to vote on these policies and procedures.
