Minds In Motion Scholarships Awarded

     The thirteen recipients of the 2014 Minds In Motion Scholarships provided by The Allstate Foundation received their $1,000 scholarships at a luncheon held in their honor on May 29th in the Ravens' Team Locker Room at M&T Bank Stadium.  On demand viewing of the event as well as DVD's are available via the internet at: http://www.nfhsnetwork.com/channels/maryland.      Our guest speaker was Dr. Yvette Rooks of the University of Maryland School of Medicine and the Head Team Physician for the University of Maryland for this seventh annual event.  This highly competitive scholarship program awarded $1,000 toward post-secondary education to each of the chosen female and male senior student-athletes who attend an MPSSAA school and participate in MPSSAA recognized sports. This year's winners are:
