Attention All Cross Country Coaches! 9/16/2009 Links associated with this release: Online Entry Instructions 2009 Region Meet Directors      All cross country entries for this fall's region meets MUST be completed utilizing a new online process available via this website.   The speed and efficiency of this online entry process will make the job of the region meet directors easier because of the ability to load the entry information directly into the Hy-Tek Meet Manager program used for races.       The entry forms are located on the "Coaches/Athletic Directors" portion of our webpage, which is password protected.  Each coach must get the user name and password from their Athletic Director.  Please do NOT wait until the last minute to do so!  Note that the deadline for completing the initial online application will now be Monday, October 26th at 4 PM (instead of 10/16 as listed in the Fall Bulletin).      Click on the links inside of this story for online entry instructions and a list of the Meet Directors for all of this season's cross country region meets.  Each coach also needs to contact their Region Meet Director as soon as possible and provide them with a phone number and email address for communication purposes.
